We believe in transparency and want to ensure that you have a pleasant and informed shopping experience. Our bags ship from our warehouse in Delaware, and usually ship within 3-5 business days. Ship time depends on the method chose at checkout. Tracking details are sent in a separate email when your PINCA ships. We value your trust and want to reassure you that you can shop with confidence.
RETURN POLICY
Unsatisfied with your purchase? You have 30 days to return your PINCA bag to us in it's original package , unused to obtain a full refund minus stocking fees. Email us at returns@pincashop.com to request a return and initiate the process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Changed your mind? You can request a cancel any time up to 48 hours after placing your order.
